Sano Physiotherapy - Sandiacre and Stapleford

I damaged a muscle in my right shoulder/neck after a car hit the right side of my car. I got referred to Ryan for physio therapy, although the sessions sometimes hurt when my shoulder was massaged it really helped! My shoulder is now much better and I can now carry out everyday activities usually without pain! Well worth it!

I recently injured my lower back/glute and have been visiting Ryan for the past 6 weeks. Very professional, friendly and explains what's happening in my body and how the treatment will help alleviate my symptoms. Still having sessions and I'm well on my way to full recovery. I've no doubt it's down to working with him. Highly recommended.

I've been seeing Rob to support with rehabilitation of my knee after sustaining a ligament issue playing football. Rob has been very knowledgeable and was able to explain the anatomy of the different ligaments surrounding my knee in language that allows me to understand my issue.
Knowing the cause of my injury helps me understand when Rob suggests exercises to strengthen the surrounding muscles. Overall, he has been very professional while maintaining his good sense of humour, helping create a relaxing environment during my rehabilitation process.

Thanks to Ryan Bartlett the physiotherapist at Adams House Sandiacre for his patience. After a car accident with shoulder and a knee injury I was referred to Ryan who straight away knew what my injuries were. After 5/6 weeks knee injury 90% better, few weeks later shoulder 75%. Big thanks to Ryan for the help. Shall certainly recommend Ryan.

Having been referred to Sano as part of recovery after a motorcycle collision, Sarah was fantastic throughout. I had to change from Wollaton to Sandiacre to continue to see her rather than being assessed again by another physiotherapist , but it was a small trade for the benefits of her knowledge and care.

Sarah stayed consistently engaged with my concerns throughout the course. She genuinely wanted to ensure my recovery, which is a refreshing change from previous healthcare where it was a box ticking exercise to get me out the door.

Should I need to return to physio for this or another problem in future, I will definitely be asking for her. Thanks for keeping me on two wheels!

Sarah was very professional and understood my anxiety about my diagnosis of frozen shoulder by my previous physiotherapist .After an assessment with Sarah it turned out that I did not have a frozen shoulder and with her treatment I have got more mobility my shoulder and not as much in pain anymore. I zm very grateful to Sarah for sorting my shoulder out. Thanks again to Sarah.
