Straight away Luke made me feel at ease and after not being able to move my arm much higher than 45 degrees, after a couple of sessions I was lifting it above my head with no problems.
Since then I have had numerous gym sessions with Luke to build strength in the shoulder and he has done a fantastic job, with the bonus being you have a lot of laughs along the way.
I would highly recommend Luke and will not hesitate to contact him in the future if needed.

I compete in martial arts at international level and often get injured.
Cassandra helped me recover from a recurring ankle injury as well as a quite painful shoulder injury, by physically manipulating me, but also by providing guidance and rehab exercises which proved effective really rapidly.
She's also very good at releasing tensions in the body, using deep-tissue massage techniques.
I am grateful she followed me closely during this intense competition preparation phase and I highly recommend her as a therapist.
She is extremely knowledgeable about the human body and how it functions, never ever rushes, takes time to listen and understand your history and problems in depth, she is hard working, never shies away from going the extra mile, explains every step of the way what and why she is doing things. Every exercise she gives you comes with perfect explanations, she is friendly, easygoing, funny and really truly cares because she really truly loves her job. The list could go on and on and on, but she is truly wonderful & definitely got the MAGIC touch!! :)
Lorien is an excellent pilates instructor, really kind and patient, especially for a beginner like me. You feel like you're in really great hands here. Having a trained physio get you started on pilates is a safe way to get into it and avoid injury. Highly recommended it.
