Well run and good treatments

I don’t often leave reviews but Leanne O’Brien has been so excellent that I wanted to say thank you.

I started seeing Leanne a few months after my baby was born via a c-section. I had De Quervain’s Tenosynovitis (mother’s thumb) which was so bad that things like doing up the poppers on a babygrow was extremely painful.

After several months with Leanne it’s now completely better.

She has also pretty much entirely rebuilt my core, which is now stronger than before I was pregnant.

I’ve seen lots of physios over the years and what really impressed me about Leanne is her knowledge and understanding, which meant she was able to adjust the exercises when they weren’t quite working, including inventing knew exercises.
