Will has been key during my recovery after my hamstring injury. His attention to detail and understanding of how the body moves ensured my programme was both personalised and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Will to anyone!

Will Harris has been essential to my recovery of my acl rupture, his physio sessions as hard as they may be are always fun and highly motivational, I highly recommend his services to anyone wanting the best possible recovery.

Will has helped me enormously with my hip bursa problem by giving me the exercises to help myself. I have been pain free for the past two years.
Thank you Will.

I’ve always suffered with back pain after years of dancing/gymnastics, alongside Nursing as an adult being an aggravating factor. Will has managed to completely fix my back pain by isolating the weakness and root cause of the issue. He is very thorough and has an excellent understanding of biomechanics & rehab plans - he’s not only sport specific either.

I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone.

Will was brilliant with my daughter he was professional and friendly! A set of easy to follow exercises with follow up sessions meant her broken ankle was quickly on the mend. Will showed a genuine interest in helping her gain her confidence back when walking. Would definitely recommend!

I'm a runner and went there initially for a hamstring niggle, nothing serious, I was still running but it was bothering me. William was brilliant, gave me an initial assessment and began to target the the required areas. A lot of the exercisers felt alien to me and were hard work but I persevered and was doing them about 3 or 4 times a week.
After a few months I noticed my times were improving for parkruns. I'm not slow by any means and previously I was just about managing a sub 20 for a undulating 5 KM. I was now a sub 19, just. My hamstring was fine and he started targeting other minor issues. My times continued to improve and after around 8 or 9 months I was running 17 or 18 minute 5 KM's consistently, something I never thought I would achieve. My balance has improved massively as well.
Do I recommend The Movement Physio, yes without a doubt. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to him either. He's friendly, very knowledgeable and has amazing attention to detail.
