Saw Laura (physio) after suffering a shoulder issue for some 5+ years. My problems were acknowledged by my children "Mum can't do that, she's got A SHOULDER" and I'd kinda lost hope that it'd ever get fixed. Saw Laura for years (lockdown permitting) and eventually managed to extend my range of movement. She noted my progress even though I could see very little, then one day, I was swinging a pick axe in the garden and it was a total revelation - I WAS CURED! She has the patience of a saint (putting up with me) and truly *can* work wonders - even when all hope is lost.
