I had physio sessions with Clinical Lead & Senior Physiotherapist Colin Hill. Immediately after the first session I saw huge improvements and after a week or, so I was back racing.

The clinic is in an easily accessible location near Bank/ Monument station. Colin was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

Having a background working with Olympic level sprinters Colin was able to assess my movements and identify weaknesses, thus providing treatment in the clinic and strengthening exercises I could do at home/ gym.

Colin is the go-to person for any competitive Athletes.

Sorry for a long review! I ran 10 miles this morning. So what? I’ve had an ongoing achilles problem for the past 8 years after being a good runner and it being a massive part of my life, its been 6 years since I tried to race in pain, and 4 since I even tried a 5k run. I’ve seen at least 3-4 physios and sports doctors over the years, who have looked, scanned, occasionally squeezed, and after 4-5 sessions I’ve given up, because it was all about standing on one leg, single leg squats, weak glutes and hopping. Yeah yeah, I know I have a problem, but this hurts and what is causing this? 2 weeks ago (yes 2 weeks), I thought I’d give a physio one more try, really expecting a final review, and referral to a sports doctor for more invasive procedures and injections, or even to be told don't run due to wear and tear.

I met Colin Hill. “Has anyone put their hands on you before” was his first question? "No, they looked”. “OK, lets see what we can do. I’m confident I can get you to at least 60% after 3 sessions”. A bit full of himself, I thought, but nothing to lose. I did 3 sessions over the next 2 weeks in quick succession. I’m running without pain. Whatever Colin did has worked. Honestly, I’m overwhelmed and grateful, and quite emotional, to get back to something I love. I’m running proper distances again after less than 2 weeks, after literally not running at all for 4 years, and pain for 8 years. Its early days, with some ongoing work required, and it will take a while to get back to where I was, but Colin is a truly outstanding physio, and I’d all but given up on running again. I can’t recommend enough, truly great at what he does.

I have been seeing Colin for a number of sessions for an old knee injury that has reoccurred. Not only has the treatment improved my condition, but the detail provided during the sessions really help to understand and therefore prevent further injury. I enjoy Colin’s approach and would highly recommend both he and the clinic as a first port of call for any discomfort. As a personal trainer I have pointed a number of clients to Ultra Sports Clinic, and will continue to do so.

After getting a bone bruise, I have been needing assistance to fully heal and rebuild strength in my foot. Colin Hill has been a great help with this injury. I have been seeing him for a couple of weeks now and, even though it takes time, my foot it getting stronger. In addition, the staff at the clinic is always lovely and Colin has a nice and joyful personality, creating a great atmosphere for treatment! I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Long term calf injury training for London Marathon. I had a great experience with Ultra Sports Clinic. I saw Glenn & Mirko, both experts at what they do, and it was refreshing to have Physios that didn't just give me 'calf raises'. I had multiple sessions, where we did deep tissue massage and exercises to help build strength, as well as taping. Happy to say I was able to run the marathon!

Mirco was a great physio. In the first session he diagnosed the exact issue (there were two injuries in a similar place). We’ve spent the past 4-6 weeks on recovery exercises, which have been tailored to my progress and I’m nearly back to full fitness well ahead of schedule!

I can not recommend this clinic enough! I've been having on-going physiotherapy for a complicated and horrid femoral nerve injury and the muscular skeletal consultant I was seeing suggested I do physio with Christine at Ultra Sports Clinic. Best decision ever. I've had several bad injuries in the past and have had some questionable physios. I feel so safe and confident with Christine and her knowledge of my injury and rehab for it. I'm walking away from this injury so much stronger and with a real understanding of how to move forward with my training and remain injury-free. Thank you! I've suggested several friends go to Ultra Sports Clinic too because I really trust them.

I would highly recommend this clinic! I have been using them for the last 3 years for a knee injury.

Due to Covid I had to wait 2 years for my diagnosis and the operation required, and in that time they were brilliant at making sure I could manage day to day tasks that were a struggle. Post operation, they have been beyond incredible. Christine has worked tirelessly to get me back on my feet. The treatment and rehab has been excellent, and the care and compassion she, and the whole team have shown, is the best I have ever experienced. Within a year I am back doing all the sports I wish to, which nobody could have imagined.

If you are having any sort of problems that require physio this is the place to go!
