I recently experienced vertigo and my symptoms weren't improving with the advice I was given from my GP.
Sheryl was quick to book me an appoitment with Helen who gave me a thorough assessment, an accurate diagnosis and gave me a detailed treatment plan which I followed religiously and my symptoms improved within a few days.
Without your diagnosis and exercises I would not have been able to complete my martial arts grading the week after seeing you!

I first met Helen in 2001-2 when after an MRI scan the specialist told me that at the age of 31 my chronic pain in my lower back was due to wear and tear.
I spent a few weeks with her at Paignton Hospital where she showed me all the exercises I needed to help me manage the rest off my life.
Nearly 20 years on and I am still doing most of those exercises every morning before I go to work.
It has kept me moving ( I won’t say supple... but far better than most 50 year olds), and I would say that without Helen’s input all those years ago I wouldn’t have been able to keep my active business going...
I’m not saying that I don’t still get pain, but it is far more controllable than what it would be without the exercises...

Amazing service, Helen and Sheryl worked with me for 4 months following a brain injury.

Extremely pleased with Orchid Rehabilitation's physio service. Kind and friendly therapist who comes to my home which is of great benefit. The exercises she has taught me have been very beneficial and I am seeing great results already.

I have received treatment for a shoulder and knee injury from Sheryl. Ive had the shoulder injury for 7 years and was unable to lift my arm very high. The pain was unbearable. When I lay down at night it became excruciatingly dreadful.
I was unable to drive and do my job for 4 weeks.
Sheryl arrived at my house, such a fabulous service. She is professional, knowledgeable, kind, understanding and supportive. She was just what I needed. She listened to me, and has a gentle approach. She gave me exercises to do and I did them, and over the 10 weeks I have progressed and I can now lift my arm up nearly as high as my right one!!
I have even decorated my fair size bedroom single handedly over a weeks holiday. I honestly thought I may not be able to do things like decorating again. However, thanks to all Sheryl’s input I’m in a much better place. Thank you so much Sheryl. The sky is the limit!! 😊

Really helpful session and follow up exercise sheet. Have long had issue with leg which has recently prevented me from running. Helen was quick to diagnose cause and with her guidance I have been able to incorporate her exercises into my yoga practice and and to get out running again. Fabulous!

I had multiple muscular injuries which had been causing me grievances for years. Before I was a very active and quite athletic person but they'd progressed to a point where I'd lost all agility and had very limited movement through my left side, this was also having an effect on my mental health. I'd previously sought treatment elsewhere but to no avail and id mostly given up on recovery (I'm only in my 20s). I decided to give it one more try and I am so thankful that I chose Helen and Sheryl at Orchid! Within a week of the first session I had with Helen I'd noticed a marked improvement. Helen gave me a thorough questioning and bio-mechanical examination and with her expert knowledge and experience (check the resume) she really got to the point and explained it very well and clearly to me. From the get go they aim to get you to a place where your'e not reliant on one on one sessions, giving you the tools and the knowledge to be able to learn and feel what your body needs. Their customer service is second to none and very personable, they go above and beyond and readily offer their advice over email (thank you!). I started in April (haven't had a session in over a month) and after some hard work and disciplined exercises (and a few stop and starts) I'm feeling almost brand-new. I now can comfortably run, cycle, swim and most importantly skateboard with almost full range of motion and the dull pain and mental fog is mostly thing of the past!

I've suffered back problems due to work and heavy lifting.. I've had treatment from a few physios due to this.. Orchid rehabilitation offered the best exercise techniques, treatment and information to get me back to normal quickly! Would definitely recommend them and use them again if need be..
