I had a total shoulder replacement in November 2019 and was referred to Adam Rawle at this Clinic for physio soon afterwards.
He was very helpful in setting achievable goals and providing exercises that were simple but geared to me getting the best range of movement possible.
I would recommend him to anyone who needs help.
