I came to see Scott earlier this year for help with a persistent knee problem, and I'm extremely grateful for his thoughtful advice, guidance and treatment. His own background in the sport is a huge asset in treating runners, and I was especially impressed by his awareness of current developments in Sports Medicine as well as how he used that knowledge to inform effective treatments.

Having run at quite a high level I have a good deal of experience with physios, and Scott is among the very best I've been treated by. His composure and sense of calm when dealing with injury issues was something I especially appreciated, and I expect all of his other patients would say the same.

I have been working with Scott since April 2020 in relation to a running-related foot (sesamoid) injury. This injury saw me take nearly two months off running followed by an extensive and lengthy personalised rehab and return to running programme designed by Scott.

Thanks to Scott, I am now back running and steadily getting back to where I was pre-injury. I have found Scott to be very helpful, personable, knowledgeable and generous with his time. I would highly recommend him. His own background in running - and in particular having suffered a serious stress fracture - means he can give excellent and accurate advice about how best to recover from a debilitating injury.

Because of coronavirus, all my meetings with Scott were conducted virtually. However, these worked smoothly and efficiently without any obvious drawbacks.

Scott is great. I went to him as I started training for my first big race - a 500km ultra, and he helped me sort out various bits of my body which threatened to give up as I increased training volume. Great combination of physio expertise plus practical expertise as a runner himself.

Scott is professional, kind, and knows his stuff. I was suffering from upper hamstring pain that had been lingering for over a year. Scott and the excellent doctor he referred me to helped me figure out the injury was proximal hamstring tendinopathy. With a targeted exercise regimen and a series of shockwave therapy treatments, I've finally been improving dramatically, and it is such a relief. I used to be a professional ballet dancer and so have seen plenty of PTs over the years and have high standards that Scott definitely meets. It was a relief to work with someone who is experienced working with athletes, though you don't need to be an athlete (or a runner!) to see him!

Another great thing about Scott is that he doesn't pressure you to seek extra treatments or schedule extra appointments that you don't actually need--which, in the industry for pain and injury relief, is unfortunately rare. I trust Scott and highly recommend him to anyone who has an injury that they feel frustrated about and want help with!

Scott was a fantastic physio to work with! As a high level distance runner competing in the European summer season, I was able to get time with him every week to work through any difficulties or ailments. Scott is an incredibly knowledgeable and friendly guy, who puts the patient above all else to ensure the utmost care is given to them. I look forward to coming back!

I came to Scott with what I thought was a minor foot injury, ahead of the Berlin Marathon. He gave me a thorough examination and came to the conclusion it might be a stress fracture. Scott quickly referred me to a radiologist for an MRI scan, which then confirmed it was a stress fracture.

All I can say is thank you Scott for your empathy, support and expert guidance. I can’t recommend him highly enough for anyone who has a running-related injury. There’s no-one better.

As a competitive marathon runner, I debuted my first marathon in 2:11.39. Sadly, like many runners, injuries soon took over and I thought my marathon career was over before it even really started.

Fortunately, I was recommended to see Scott at London Running Physio. Scott went above and beyond, providing me with the knowledge and treatment regime to help me get me back on the road. As a result of Scotts help, I am now back to full training pain free. I would recommend him to any runner suffering from injury, regardless of their level of competitiveness.

Thanks again Scott

Scott quickly diagnosed a hip stress fracture (following a misdiagnosis from another physio) and expertly guided me through recovery. He also offered to chat to my coach at no extra cost so that I could begin a safe return to marathon training. I have learned a lot about my physiology thanks to Scott and feel I am better equipped for injury free running.
