I've seen numerous physios and my care under Tracey Mile Physio (seeing Sarah) is among the very best I've experienced. They take a lot of time to listen to the issues and then explain the care required, using a variety of techniques. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, or return myself should the need arise in the future.

I have been attending this practice (Tamara) and it has been a very pleasurable experience. I have also been in considerable pain for a long time. However, I am now in a much better place with my pain levels and I feel very relieved that I can return to this practice should I it be necessary in the future, safe in the knowledge I will be expertly cared for. After recent spinal surgery I was recommended by a friend to see Tamara. I have seen two physios previously and was left in alot of pain with little hope for the future. After my first session I could not believe the difference both in the treatment given and my pain. She was professional and thorough and gave me a variety treatments and recommendations which I have never been given before. After the session I immediately felt the benefits.

I’ve had excruciating pelvic and lower back pain for 18 long months and was emotionally as well as physically exhausted. Finding this practice was my last hope really as all medical scans and tests were negative. I have seen Becka 4 times now and feel like I’m definitely (finally!) on the right path to recovery. Becka is so knowledgeable and reassuring but has also actually listened to me and has tailored my treatment accordingly - It certainly feel like I’m literally now in safe hands!! Would highly recommend this lovely lady to anyone in pain, she is brilliant!!

Life altering. I say that with quiet and sincere gratitude. I am standing straight and tall. My hip is free and range of motion is restored to my hip, shoulder and neck. Before I went I knew that full and constant aching indicated an issue but I thought I had to live with it as a price of getting old and experiencing car accident(s) and surgeries.
