I wholeheartedly recommend the pilates classes offered at Bodymechanics. Helena is a lovely lady and a fantastic teacher who will tailor the class to your ability and any issues you may have. Her instructions are very clear and easy to follow. The value for money is exceptional for the class size and individual attention you receive. I noticed progress in my strength and flexibility within only five sessions. I will 100% be back if I return to Guildford!

She was very friendly and clearly explained what she was doing at each step. Dave is a first class sports physio. He takes a holistic approach to diagnosing a problem and explains exercises you can do at home after the treatment. Dave has worked wonders treating and preventing injury for me and supporting functional movement for my golf swing.

Visited with lower back problem. Dave is a very knowledgeable physio, explained how other back areas could be contributing to the issue. Clear exercises given to work on. Very clean studio. Would definitely recommend.

Dave is the reason my 16 son is back playing football. After an arduous 6 month recovery period for a torn meniscus he picked a broken teenager off the floor and gave him the confidence to slowly and methodically move, strengthen and get back to the game. Dave is much more than a physio, he truly got underneath the skin and into the mindset of a young sportsman. Would absolutely recommend
