I was suffering from long-standing back pain when I first saw Jen at Quay Kinetics Physio. Through several visits she has loosened off many tense muscles and provided advice and recovery exercises to help me move more freely. Outside stresses have meant that the recovery hasn't always been smooth but Jen has provided rapid support, advice and empathy during flare-ups helping me to get back on track. She has also provided exercises and advice tailored to my sports and taught me how to stave off future issues. I can't recommend her highly enough.

I have been dealing with some shoulder pain and immobility for some time now, mainly due to overtraining. Laura was examination was extremely thorough, professional and clearly knows what she's talking about. I was given some excellent advice on the training I can do, whilst my shoulders recover for a couple of weeks, as well as a rehab program to strengthen and increase mobility, and after less than a week i am already feeling the improvements. Can't recommend Laura or Quay Kinetics highly enough

I feel safe and well looked after with Jennifer Searle. She is very professional and gives you confidence. After only 2 visits, my aches & pains have improved. Money well spent!

I’ve been to a fair few physio’s in the last decade and Jen Searle rates as one of the best i’ve seen. She’s really good at diagnosis and communicating clearly what needs doing, how and why so that you get the most out of her prescribed exercises and treatment.

Excellent consultation by Jen. I felt comprehensively examined and well-informed by the treatment plan. We had plenty of time to discuss issues and next steps. Also enjoyed the lovely warm consultation room with lots of space, equipment and mirrors.

Excellent care and understanding given to my son and his injury. Explained how to best treat it and to know why it happened and prevention of re-occurrence. Simple exercises to help gain full fitness again.

Jen is an amazing physio. Extremely skilled, knowledgeable, empathetic and just overall a lovely person. Over the years she has sorted out my creaky knees, frozen shoulder, crooked back and displaced disc. I always feel so much better after I've seen her. She is very holistic and uses a variety of different techniques from manipulation to acupuncture and gives me alot of advice and guidance as well as personalized exercise programs which she updates regularly. Definitely has improved my life! Thank you, Jen!

Jen at Quay Kinetics is a fantastic physio (and I have seen a lot of physios!). She is extremely knowledgeable about sports injury and also chronic muscle tension. She is very up to date with current research in both physiological and mental factors in pain and recovery. Jen cares about the person as well as the injury, and gets to the heart of what treatment plan will work best for each individual. I highly recommend Quay Kinetics for workshops and individual treatment.
