Very disappointed as I've been waiting a few weeks for a call back with an appointment.. So I used the contact form last week and emailed and haven't had a response? If they are that busy then surely it would warrant being open more than 3 days a week. I even said I'd have a cancellation and go at short notice. The contact has been very poor.

only my first visit but was very impressed Julie and her husband are real dog people which i liked straight away i had no problem booking an appointment and am looking forward to our next visit.
