Needed to book an out of hours appointment fairly late at night. Rushed there to meet the appointment time (which was arranged about half hour before) and had to wait another 40 minutes. Bit annoying but that’s just the way of the NHS these days and considering the fact that we’re on the back end of a pandemic and it cost us nothing I shouldn’t really complain. The service we received by the staff was good.

Absolutely disgusted, first of all I was asked to wear a mask, by a lady at reception who was not wearing one. Then they send me up stairs for physio on my back. I cant go in elevators. That was very painful and difficult. I go into a room that is shared with other patients, just a curtain between us. I cant hear the physiotherapist talking to me as other people in the room were talking. Also other people can hear all details of my personal stuff and it wasnt just staff. The physiotherapist then asks to lift my top up so he can check my back, didn't bother to close the blinds where I could see people working on offices in buildings opposite. Luckily my partner was with me and told him to close them as I was on strong painkillers and not really with it too much. I have never been more uncomfortable in my life.

The spinal specialist physio I saw was unsympathetic, made me feel like an inconvenience and that I was trying to get something I didn't need. Left feeling very disheartened. Not a good service.
