I had a fantastic massage with Bronwyn, she quickly identified what areas needed the most attention and I came away feeling great! The service as soon as I stepped in to the building was brilliant. Very relaxed and Sara on the front desk knew everyone by first name as they walked in, great service!

All physios are very knowledgeable and professional. All appointments are run very smoothly and nothing is too much trouble. I feel I have improved so much since my first appointment and feel confident that I will be able to return to work in a better condition with the tools and exercises on how to protect myself.

I’ve been going to fitness Pilates in Aylsham for over 3 years now and can’t recommend the practice highly enough - in fact I have recommended it to many friends and colleagues who now attend themselves!
Bronwyn supported me to keep fit throughout my pregnancy last year, and the whole team are so friendly and knowledgeable, I know I’m in safe hands. A must-do as part of my weekly routine :) x

Excellent practice. Very well organised with great communications. My physio, Stanley Ho is a great guy. Very skilled in his profession. I went in full of pain and incapacity and came out a new man. I would recommend anyone to go here to get physio and pain relief. 5 stars plus

I have had excellent diagnosis of a long-standing (and previously misdiagnosed) lower back issue. Steph is highly effective in consultation and treatment, her advice on a management protocol is practical and (so far) effective. The fact that my advised exercises were in my in-box before I got home is most impressive. Treatment of chronic issues is a long-term partnership between practitioner and patient, my first steps on this journey with Back in Motion have been very positive.
