My wife and myself have had from Ruth over the last few years and always come out after treatment feeling much much better. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and would definitely recommend.

We had Ruth working with our Mum to get her back walking. Progress has been made, albeit slowly. Yesterday Ruth booked Mum in for four further weeks, but today cancelled these and removed Mum as a patient, for reasons we don't understand. We cannot recommend Ruth for elderly patients, and would be happy to explain to any interested parties.

I have been lucky enough to be referred to Ruth due to back pain. She is incredibly professional, knowledgable, compassionate and has helped make a huge difference to my pain. I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough!

Been seeing Ruth for a few sessions now. Cannot recommend her enough. Very thorough in her assessment. Doesn’t just look at the problem area but looks more holistically as to whether anything else might be causing the issue. Great exercises which are explained thoroughly and then backed up by an app which shows you and you can track what you have done. I would definitely recommend Ruth without question.
