I saw Alfie at PhysioSpace about my sore elbows, he was very attentive and engaged, gave me a good diagnosis and a series of exercises which he went through with me. I was very satisfied, would definitely go again. Peter Cox /Jnanaruchi

This review is long overdue. I've had the best possible experience with PhysioSpace. I had a very painful shoulder impingement and on my first visit, Ed was very thorough and attentive to my issues, giving me the best advice while making sure I understood the whys and the hows perfectly. I left the practice feeling much better. I couldn't be happier with the service I was provided. Thank you!

I have relied on the PhysioSpace team for a number of years now, beginning in 2019 when I succumbed to an injury just 7 weeks ahead of a marathon. Ed and the team are extremely knowledgeable and reassuring, but also welcoming and kind. They really make physio accessible by explaining things clearly and taking you through a step by step programme that's yours to utilise as much or as little as you like.

Most recently I've been working with Steph during 121 pilates classes, which have been new to me. Absolutely loving it and enjoy being pushed week to week, Steph is highly experienced and geneous in passing on her immense knowledge as both a physiotherapist and pilates teacher. Would highly recommend the PhysioSpace team, and the lovely studio.

“It does not matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop“. ~ Confucius
In 2018 right before I moved to Wales, I took a hard fall which injured my rotator cuff & tore my rhomboideus in my right shoulder. I did not get it seen to as I should have, and by the end of 2019 I was in a daily amount of pain. What I did not realize were the day-to-day behaviors I changed to avoid using my right shoulder…I couldn’t even reach down cereal bowls from the top shelves or lift my dog's bag of food on my own. I decided in 2020 that I needed help & I started on a long physiotherapy journey. Just prior to Lockdown 2020 I started classes with PhysioSpace and attended their weekly Yoga & Pilates sessions with Osk, Steph & Rhi which eventually became a virtual routine from my lockdown living room…from these classes I got to enjoy a lovely sense of community and with their support my flexibility and proprioception returned. I was still struggling with intermittent pain. That was when Steph suggested that I see her colleague Ben to help address my soft tissue restrictions. After regular sessions with Ben since October 2021 I can happily say that my strength, range of motion & fascial glide has been restored (probably even better than I was prior to my injury in 2018!). I have 99% of my range of motion back, I can lift my dog's food bag out of my car, have reduced risk of re-injury in my job (which is quite physical), reach for that elusive cereal bowl, and am getting stronger each week. Last weekend I could knock back an arrow confidently & pain free (amazing course w/ Cardiff Castle Bowmen) which is definitely not something I could have enjoyed or achieved 7months ago. I cannot thank the entire PhysioSpace Team enough. I could not have done this without their amazingly supportive team who have coached me through this journey all the way. There’s still more work to be done. But today, feels amazing. And for that I am grateful.
Wherever you are on your individual journeys through this Book of Life keep going 💪💚💛 and if you need a bit of help going through that journey, choose PhysioSpace for your all encompassing treatment team.

I had back and hip problems that became way better after physio Pilates sessions with Steph. During the sessions, Steph always explains why we are making certain moves and how they will help. She is very experienced, professional, and friendly.

I Highly recommend physiospce!

Such a great experience at Physio Space! I approached Mike very late, only 6 weeks before my ski holiday to get some strengthening sessions in for my knee, after having an ACL reconstruction surgery August 2019. He was so great, catered to my needs perfectly, ensuring we did the best exercises to get me as strong as possible.
During the holiday I had no issues at all with my knee, so over the moon! I couldn’t recommend him more highly!

I can't speak highly enough of Physio Space. It's actually been life changing for me meeting with Ed, an outstanding physio and coach. He has tremendous, detailed knowledge allied to great people and listening skills, ensuring a bespoke rehabilitation programme for longstanding muscular skeletal issues that have affected me for many years. Feel so much better physically and mentally and the results achieved have way exceeded my expectations after 4 months. And Steph is a brilliant Pilates teacher and all round gem. Just so delighted to have discovered Physio Space. Highly recommended and so much more than a physio practice.
