Went for a physio treatment after a friend recommended them to me and they really knew their stuff.
True professionals!
I got a session of treatment during the initial consultation and they showed me what exercises I need to do, as well as supervising to make sure I was doing them correctly.
My back has never felt so good!
I can't recommend them enough!!
Plus, free coffee and candy in reception :-)

Such a good sports massage. Purchased the offer on groupon and annoyed at myself for not buying the two massage option. Will definitely be back. Did not feel uncomfortable as I had never had anything like this done before. Felt so much better a short time after the treatment and can feel that it has really helped. Would recommend!!

Terrible service! Bought a Groupon voucher for 2 sessions of massage. I emailed to book those 2 sessions and an employee called Lucia replied very unprofessionally to my email, only saying the dates I wanted were not available and didn't even suggested other dates so I've asked. After replying me twice, she didn't reply anymore about the booking. Tried to call several times and no one picked up the phone so I cancelled the voucher. What a waste of a service! Never again

Very nice and friendly staff, when I called ahead to ask for rescheduling they booked me in right away for the following week. I am now a regular here. I do not understand the bad reviews on here because they have been nothing but nice to me. The massage is conducted by trained physiotherapist, so the massage will definitely help your acheing muscles in a way that is medically proven to be beneficial and safe, something I find that was lacking at just a regular massage place. The environment is not as quiet and peaceful 'spa' environment, there won't be candles and different oils to chose from but if you don't mind that, CA Medical offers a great massage for a low price.

I was very disappointed with the service here - I booked a groupon voucher which specified 2x 45 minute massages, i had my first massage which lasted less than 30 mins as they insisted you needed to have a consultation to discuss your massage. So I then tried to book a second massage which took a while due to limited female masseuses, when i finally booked a date I had to reschedule having called up several times I couldn't get through, I then received a call from a very abrupt and rather rude receptionist who said I would not be getting a replacement appointment, neither could I get a refund as I missed my appointment. She was rude and didn't have much customer service skills at all.

I bought a Groupon voucher for a massage. Although I had to wait a month for my appointment I didn't mind. I was looking forward to it. Unfortunately, two days before I was due to go I received a text message informing me that they were cancelling my appointment because my masseuse was sick. I thought that this was extremely unprofessional and would have expected a personal pone call. I called as soon as I received the text to re-schedule but there was only an answer machine. I left a message and asked for somebody to return my call but no-one did. The next day I rang again and after waiting a while, the phone was answered only to be put down straight away. I then contacted Groupon for a refund who did not hesitate. I don't know if this was some kind of scam but regardless, the unprofessional conduct would not make me want to visit now anyway.

I booked a session with them through a Groupon voucher. And I've become a regular customer ever since. I have never experienced any issue with them (apart from shortage of available times that could suits me but I consider that as normal for this type of places). I like the way Aiden help me with my sores and aches as I normally practice a lot of sport that is good for my recovery. From my perspective the price is reasonable for a 45 minutes session, so I think it's good value for money.

Rude and unpleasant customer service

I booked a voucher for two sports massages on Groupon for CA Medical. I arrived for the second one, and was told my appointment had been the day before. The incredibly brusque receptionist refused to rebook me another appointment as a goodwill gesture. I asked why I didn’t get a call when I didn’t arrive, to tell me I had an appointment, and the receptionist suggested that I may have deleted the call record - accusing me of lying! She also said that ‘the customer is always right’ is ‘only a saying’. As the appointment was made over the phone, I unfortunately had no evidence of the initial booking. Incredibly poor customer service and I suggest this place is to be avoided.
