Fantastic staff and atmosphere. Not one of those intimidating gym type of places but welcoming, encouraging but still push you when needed. Have helped me get back to full fitness following a broken leg. Even though I am now mended I will keep going with Rachel and the team!

I had problems with my calf's getting cramped, when running long distances.
I have searched for a good physiotherapy practice and found the reviews for impact practice are encouraging to book appointment.
I went and the lady was so delegate and professional, she listened to me carefully and straight away she identified my problem. Not only that, she started explaining to me in a very simple terms what my problem was and how can I overcome it. She gave the excerices to follow and since then I felt better and by time my cramps vanished on the long distances run.

Fiona, my physio, was very knowledgeable and explained issues she found with my back very clearly. From week to week she provided me with stretches and exercises which slowly but surely eased the pain and helped to start to strengthen my core. Thanks. Having a cervical/thoracic spine injury, I couldn't praise Chris D. more for his help & guidance through my recovery. There is still a long way to go, but thanks to his knowledge & experience, I am on the right track to heal being able to move again!
