Catherine was extremely helpful in helping explore the great range of pianos. She was informative and able to demonstrate each piano with great feel and technique, helping me understand the qualities of each instrument. A really great shop, and a really great experience. I highly highly recommend paying them a visit!

Extremely satisfied with the great customer service. The lady was friendly, professional, and attentive. She helped us try out different pianos, explained where each one was made and we found the perfect suitable piano for us at the end. It has high quality, completely brand new and clean. They tuned the piano for free and paired a comfortable seat for our piano as well.

I thoroughly enjoyed the 30 minutes I spent at Millers Music today. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and clearly very knowledgeable indeed as regards all things piano. Because of the excellent help and advice I received during my visit, I left the shop with a much better insight as to the various options available to me should I decide to go ahead and purchase a piano or indeed any keyboard instrument.

I came to this store as an out of town visitor travelling through the UK and missing my piano at home. Simon and his colleagues were friendly, accomodating, and allowed me to play to my heart's content. If I was actually in the market for a piano, this would be the first place I'd come!

Simon and Catherine were very helpful and friendly and helped recommend some piano books to me and my boyfriend. Catherine also gave piano advice and answered a question I had, which was really kind. Simon also signed me up for their piano news email which has music recommendations for my skill level and also for the type of piano music I am interested in playing, which is an awesome service. Millers used to be my safe haven years ago and I used to just play the pianos in the basement. It was good to reminisce and its good to hear that they are introducing community playing again whilst maintaining the high end service they give to prospective piano buyers. I highly recommend them.

Our experience at Millers Music was a joyful one. Catherine was very patient and helpful. She explained clearly the difference between each one. We had a chance to try out a range of pianos (from affordable to high-end), even the grand piano. We never felt we were forced to purchase the more pricy one. We will recommend Millers Music to our friends when shopping for pianos.

Popped in briefly with my daughter to have a browse, and ended up having a very informative chat with Simon about hybrid pianos. I learnt so much, was under no pressure, and would have stayed longer to learn more had I not had to return to my lunch venue! Will definitely be visiting again. Many thanks, David Wright
