Markson Pianos London

I recently bought a second hand piano from Markson. Before I bought it, I visited the showroom a couple of times and tried the piano to make sure that was the one I wanted. At both times, staff was very friendly and helpful.
After the delivery, I noticed a minor issue with the piano. Markson quickly responded positively and rectified the issue at no extra cost. I’m very happy with my piano and was very impressed by their customer service. The piano tuner who was sent by Markson was also very good and helpful. Highly recommend to buy pianos from Markson.

We were nervous about trying to get a better piano for our daughters - but need not have worried. Damon at Markson found us the best option to fit our budget and handled the whole process with great professionalism. Delivery was superb and our big, battered pianola was even spirited away to a neighbour’s. We are ecstatic about our Yamaha - and would recommend Markson as the first port of call for anyone seeking a piano.

Markson Pianos have a good stock of new and used pianos and a wide range to try out in their store. Damon was very helpful throughout the process and showed us a range of pianos within our budget. We decided to choose a silent Kawai K200, but preferred a white one. Damon helped to source one and kept it in pristine condition in storage while we organised a place to put the piano at home. Delivery was arranged quickly and we're very happy with the piano! Highly recommended if you're looking to buy or rent a piano!

I have been using Markson pianos services for a couple of years now (hiring, tuning, and moving pianos), I could not recommend them highly enough. Customer service is fantastic, very reactive and helpful professionals, always making sure I am happy with everything:
I recently was unsatisfied about a piano tuning - they sent their best tuner free of charge within a week, I had an issue with a piano stool that came with a hired piano - the problem was solved the same day, ... and the list goes on.

I found out about Marksons on google as it had really good reviews. I made an appointment last week to see if I could hire an upright piano. I tried all the pianos, upright and grand! Simon was very helpful, and I chose a lovely Yamaha upright suitable for my flat. the piano arrived yesterday and the delivery men were very quick and efficient. I’m so happy with the service and my piano - would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to buy or hire

I have worked with Markson Pianos in my roles at the National Theatre and at RADA, and also in my sometime other job as a cabaret pianist and singer. They are a totally brilliant combination of expert, professional, friendly, personable and terrific value and I could not recommend them more highly. You’d be mad to go anywhere else.

Markson's was the closest independent piano retailer to me that stocked digital pianos. Damon was very helpful over email and in the shop itself, and I was given plenty of time to try as many pianos as I liked, in a covid- secure way. The delivery was speedy and I am very pleased with my new Clavinova and stool-- great price and really friendly shop.
