We had an Eelus print framed here and Ralph and Ollie provided a fantastic service. They're super passionate about art, and really approachable to talk to, providing ideas and wanting to do the best possible job. They provided a fitting service and brought the art to us and hung it in our house - just brilliant all round.

I had such a good experience with these guys. I love the way they framed my Cambodian temple rubbing - it's perfect and Ralph was so enthusiastic about it. Price was very reasonable too! Would definitely use again!

Purchased non reflective glass here. I can only recommend this place. Fantastic customer service, job was done quickly, and there's a great atmosphere and attitude. Thanks!

Will not be taking in another painting again! The instructions I had left by phone were not factored in & I was left disappointed with the result & have taken it in somewhere else to get fixed. Never assume attention to detail & poor customer service is acceptable!!

Came here to get an original piece of artwork framed. Had a good conversation with Ralph regarding types of frame, mounts etc and opted for a contemporary box frame. Ralph suggested the red inlay, to add interest to the frame while not distracting from the picture. Very pleased with the end result.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff - would definitely recommend.

Quite simply the worst service I have ever experienced in a shop.

My wife was quoted £140-180 per frame for framing two prints a few weeks ago. We returned to the shop today with the intention of ordering the frames, and were 'served' by the least interested person I've ever seen working in a shop. She consulted some notes, got my wife's name wrong multiple times, and insisted that the price was £275. When asked if she could look at the prints to check, she told us that if we wanted a cheap frame we could go to the market.

All surface, no substance. Perhaps the owners have confused aesthetics with arrogance?

Never a good idea to asume that people don't have money; even worse to assume that they therefore don't deserve any respect.
