Had a job to be done that wasn't needed in a rush but when asked what it was for and I said a wedding anniversary it was pushed through much faster than I was anticipating and done perfectly. They made recommendations on what would work and not work and I simply can't fault the work or the service.

What a service. Rang on the Friday and spoke to a lovely lady about my picture, I was
confused about what I needed. She said to pop in and see her and she would help.
10 minutes later, sorted. I left the picture with her and was told it would be ready for Saturday and I would receive a text. I received the text and popped back and it was waiting for me.The service and smiles made my day. Would recemmend and will return. Thank you.

We have been customers at In The Frame since it opened over 11 years ago. We have always been completely satisfied with every job. Karen has happily framed everything we've brought her - including a set of antique racing plates! I had a very large picture that was badly damaged. I took it to "In The Frame"- Highcliffe - hoping it could be cut down and reframed.
Karen explained it is possible through photography imaging to eliminate all damage. She also advised what frame would complement the picture.
I am amazed there is absolutely no trace
of any previous damage...and the frame looks great. I highly recommend 'In The Frame' Highcliffe' and would definitely use them again.☆☆☆☆☆

Absolutely brilliant work in restoring a very old and damaged family photo. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending "In The Frame" to anyone who is looking to have photos restored.

Being new to the area I didn’t realise that In The Frame did normal everyday photo prints etc.
I was in a rush and was advised to email my JPEG’s and state dimensions required and they would have them ready within an hour or two.
I will never print my own photos again now I have discovered this fabulous service. Highly recommended for help and prompt service.
