As a photographer I am always looking for quality products to show my images to their best. The Picture Frame Gallery are wonderful - really helpful, totally bespoke service re sizing and mounting and I know that my clients are purchasing a high quality product that they will enjoy for many years. Perfect framing every time. I’ve been using The Picture Frame Gallery for years and they have consistently framed my artwork to the highest standards. I trust them above anyone else to handle precious artwork and Mark, the owner is one of the most helpful and personable people I’ve ever met.

I've been using PFG for my framing for years and very pleased with the quality and the service. The quality is more superior to other framing places that I have tried and I appreciate the advice owner Mark gives me on what frame works best for my picture. I have also bought some framed street art from PFG as the gallery stocks some really interesting pieces that I couldn't find elsewhere.

Worst service - avoid. Owner no where to be found and worker unable to assist. Finally after 30 min of waiting the owner appeared and really couldn't give a damn. Walked away as I was talking to him about my order and then told me "he was busy working"! Seriously needs to address his attitude. Pleased I did not bring the full order. Do not recommend.

Closed for picture framing? 🤔A picture framing shop??🤔 Very abrupt and unhelpful. No idea what they're doing but don't waste your time trying to park; it won't do you any good. Do yourself a favour, give this mob a miss.

First time I went to get some prints framed the guy was pretty rude but excused it due to him having a bad day having had to resolve some issue he was having with the local council. Brought another few prints to be framed after waiting for the store to open after lockdown and the pandemic, checked opening times online, turned up only to be met by the same guy telling me that the store is closed until September. While I understand everyone has the right to run their businesses as they fit, this store/ the guy who works their could really do with some people skills, just saying 'sorry we are shut until September' before walking away is just rude. There will come a day when perhaps you might need my business but rest assured I will be taking it elsewhere.

Many photos and pictures framed here and the quality is always excellent and service helpful and friendly.
