I needed help with framing a vintage jigsaw. Charlotte at Brampton Framing was extremely helpful and patient in helping me choose the correct picture mount and undermount for my frame. The team here were really helpful and friendly, I checked details and then ordered online, I was a bit needy really due to my deadline, but they helped me out and the moulding arrived in good time and in really good condition - it looked fantastic once I'd framed up my painting - great stuff

I spoke to someone on the 5th and 6th of October to ask whether they did a guaranteed next day delivery which they said they did if ordered before 12pm. I asked them to confirm once again before I made payment (because it was a large expensive order and I needed it guaranteed next day for an art fair) and they confirmed again it would be.

I had a stall on Sunday 9th October so I was ordering mount boards, backing boards and cello bags for my art to sell. I paid money for this stall which was not cheap. Sunday come and still no sign of my order but an email to say “your order has now been dispatched by our dispatch team sorry for the delay”

To say I’m annoyed is an understatement! I could not sell at the stall, I lost money not only on the stall but all of the pictures I couldn’t sell!! Don’t confirm to me twice that they will be guaranteed sent out and then let me down!! I should be compensated - I could have gone to another company but I chose you because you told me you would send it out before 12 on that day!! That’s 5 days it took!! Completely let down and upset that this didn’t come as I was absolutely counting on it for my stall. So stressful.

I have ordered a number of picture frame mounts from Brampton Picture Framing (BPF) and I find the service and quality always very good. Unfortunately, my most recent order was received damaged, however, when I contacted BPF about this they quickly arranged for a replacement to be sent. Great customer service; would highly recommend.
