I had pleasant experience with this framing shop, the stuff were outstanding and very pleasant. The quality of my frames are fantastic. All of my friends and family members are astonished by my frames, and the fantastic glass I was offered. I strongly recommend this shop, they have beautiful frames and the stuff members are absolutely sweet.

The advice offered by the shop staff when ordering my frames was very useful and spot on, as the end results were excellent. Thank you too for handling a "rush" order in time for a special event, it was ready exactly as described.

Be really careful, at first all went well spent a long time choosing a frame to match wood in house and staff helpful. Then it went downhill weeks later a completely different frame arrived, they apologised sent it away again. Went to pick up second frame and we were not sure about colour but was told if we were taking away we had to pay but could bring it back, fair enough. Took it home and frame was a totally different colour so went back within ten minutes of purchase and was served by the most unhelpful person who told us we could not have a discount and directors only allowed credit notes and it was our fault for picking it up late (6 weeks after it can one due to illness but had waited months for it to come in anyway), there was no offer of finding another frame or sorting the issue just being told it was my fault. My husband and I had to explain the trading laws to her and eventually we got our money back. But she would not give us our original picture (that they cut to fit the frame) so now I have to go back and demand my property. AVOID THIS PLACE, seems good if you get what you want but if not they BLAME the customer and luckily we understand trading laws but we still have not got our picture back that we brought from Spain.

Great service, quality work. Takes a little time to get frames back but worth it.

Such a lovely place with great customer care. I got pictures of my late cat framed and the service was amazing. Would highly recommend
