You've Been Framed

I was given great advice but completely free to make own choices. I think their prices seem very competitive and if in stock turnaround is prompt. I was very pleased with results. Artist was also very pleased with framing.

I and my family have used this company for many years, their standards are excellent in every way. It's the only company I would recommend to my close friends. Just used them again this week, very quick service, but the quality never drops, very good finish and I am pleased as I always am.

This is the place to go for framing. The owner is a very pleasant gentleman and I value his advice when it comes to choosing a frame. His work is excellent and prices very reasonable.
Yesterday he framed 3 entirely different pictures while I waited and as usual I was more than pleased with the result.
Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Better than buying online and far better quality than the local DIY stores.

Excellent service. Took a picture in to be framed this morning and within 20 mins I was happily walking out the door with my picture in a lovely frame! Very reasonably priced, good advice about hanging it & also given a hook. Will definitely go back.

My first time using You've Been Framed and definitely not the last! I had a very specific request in mind and they were able to accommodate me perfectly with a 1 day turnaround. Staff were very helpful and honest. They were easy to find and had parking right outside. Thank you so much!

Very poor customer service all around.

Frames were damaged prior to my collection, owner didn't take any responsibility for it after leaving them at the front of the store where people walk around. He had the audacity to make it sound like it was my fault by claiming "this isn't my fault"... Well it certainly wasn't mine, lol.

2nd time around, frames were damaged again after waiting 5 weeks, he's clearly not checking the work very well. Found him rude in general and the whole experience very uncomfortable and unpleasant, I would avoid this store.

Well if I could review 1 star I would. My mother took a very large diamond picture into this shop of her grandchildren that she spent hours doing only to find out 2 weeks later the shop has apparently sold it. My mother got extremely upset over this and was totally devastated. Only then to be called a few hours later to be told her picture had been found again in the shop. Now this picture is very large and would not be easily lost so I am very confused at what has happened. I would not use this service even if this was just a one off mistake
