I joined David's classes at Worsthorne almost 2 years ago now after having an Achilles tendon problem from running and being recommended to try Pilates to improve my core strength and flexibility. Aside from never having been injured since, despite increasing my running mileage, I thoroughly enjoy my hour of Pilates every week. David is a fantastic teacher - he's patient, calm, informative (he describes every movement really well, and explains the benefits of each), and can be quite funny too. When lockdown started, I missed my class so much, so jumped at the opportunity of the Zoom class with both Tracy and David. Despite my trepidation at doing the exercises on my own (who would correct my wonky hips?) and wondering how the video and communication would work, I've found it to be a brilliant way to continue Pilates. You get 2 instructors instead of 1 - one of them demonstrates the movement while the other one is checking the individual monitors and so can correct and misaligned body parts. You can ask questions still - a wave of the hand is enough to get a response. I attend the mixed ability session, and there are always enough progressions to keep you challenged. I finish each session feeling relaxed, accomplished, and definitely stronger and better stretched. I'd definitely recommend giving it a go.

I have been taking classes with Team Edmondson Pilates for over a year now. I recommend Tracy and David to absolutely everyone - their pilates classes are well structured, varied and contain different levels for you to work towards. They offer advice and support throughout and makes sure you are doing the routines properly. Since Covid-19, I have taken part in Zoom classes, which again are wonderful. They are friendly & attentive teachers, correcting posture and making sure everyone is ok throughout. Their classes help me maintain a bit of normal in the current situation - thank you both.

One of the very few good things about lockdown for me has been being able to reconnect with Tracy and Dave's pilates tuition. I no longer live locally and have tried other pilates classes delivered by other teachers and none of them are as conscientious, thorough, or professional as Tracy and David. The zoom classes are a perfect way for me to access their expertise from the comfort of my own home. My advice is sign up today.

Have been doing Tracy’s classes for over a decade so didn’t welcome lockdown. So glad Tracy and David decided to go online so that we could continue. They have produced a very varied portfolio of classes covering all abilities, which are very easy to follow ... and very entertaining at times. Think Madge the dog may have to stay part of the offer when/if live classes finally begin again!

There's a good variety of sessions to choose from with descriptions how to adapt exercises according to ability, experience and medical conditions. Specific equipment is beneficial however participants are advised how to adapt the routines or use alternative household items if they don't have access to the required equipment. I would recommend subscribing to have access to a range of classes to complete at a time of your choosing. Janet.
