Julia's classes are fun, well paced and she is very good at encouraging you, building up your abilities over time..

As a cancer patient my recovery is certainly enhanced by my 1-2-1 sessions with Julia. Knowledgable, kind, clear, fun, committed, experienced and caring. Highly recommend. My Thursdays are fired up after my session. I love the reformer too!
