A great venue and great Pilates classes with Sam. The room is bright and airy and Sam's teaching style is relaxed, clear and concise. We use a wide range of equipment which brings variety to classes.

Sam's a great teacher, helping newbies and old hands to get in better shape!

I really enjoy my weekly Local Pilates classes here. It's a lovely space and the teacher is brilliant - she goes at a good pace, can adapt exercises to suit each individual and makes sure you are doing things safely and properly. There's a range of equipment used so it doesn't get repetitive and things gradually get more difficult each week as you get stronger and more experienced.
