Vicky is the best Pilates teacher I have had, her classes are thorough and she explains every move in such detail you can't go wrong. She monitors everyone in the class correcting as we go - I can't recommend highly enough, Vicky's class has improved my health massively, very grateful.

A great instructor who really understood my needs and goals. Victoria helped me get fit and strengthen my back. She is so knowledgeable and explains things really well so I really understood how to get the most out of my training. I really appreciated having the private studio so we had our own space to do what I wanted to do when I wanted to do it. It is nice to have the option to train outside if the weather is nice.

A great place to work out for those who don’t want gyms. I particularly love the idea of the mothers’ Pilates class. Somewhere to feel comfortable with your little one. 5 stars always for Vikki x

I have known Vicky for around 10 years now. Throughout that time she has brought her considerable expertise to the aid of my family at some of our most challenging moments:
Vicky got my Mother to stand and walk (assisted with frame) from her wheelchair when she was undergoing Chemotherapy, giving her back her independence. Her Pilates sessions allowed me to endure crippling pain from my severely Arthritic knees , both before and after knee replacement surgery-I walk tall now (and I'm 5'10" lol!) and free from pain. She helped my sister cope better with her Hypermobility condition.
In brief (too late!) , not only is Vicky an 'A' class Personal Trainer/Pilates Instructor etc, but there is NO physical/mobility problem that cannot help you with.
She is motivational, inspiring, caring, sensitive to your needs and (I believe the sign of the best) can modify any exercise programme to fit your individual and exact needs.
I could go on and on eulogising her but why don't you just try for yourself!
