Eleanor is a fantastic teacher - patient, kind and really encouraging. I have been working with her one to one for 5 months now and I have really started to feel stronger and less ‘wonky’. I have had pain issues, which her teaching has really helped me with. I can’t thank her enough.

Eleanor is a fantastic pilates instructor. She has been leading our workplace classes for a number of years. She gives different options for the exercises, which makes it a really inclusive class - suitable for beginners as well as those who have been doing pilates for much longer. I have definitely noticed the benefits of doing pilates regularly and always feel better at the end of our lunchtime classes!

So far, I've had four introductory sessions with Eleanor. She is friendly and thorough in getting to know and understand any problem areas. I'd no knowledge of Pilates and she's been great at explaining and showing me the exercises, making sure in the session that I've practised and understood what I'm doing. I also have a comprehensive plan for me to use at home. 100% recommend - Thanks Eleanor.
