I have been taking weekly one to one Reformer Pilates classes with Sylwia Forys for a couple of years initially face to face and now currently online. I really look forward to these classes which are targeted to my specific requirements.

Sylwia is an excellent Pilates instructor who focuses on the technique of each exercise, provides continuous guidance and plays close attention to ensure that the exercises are carried out correctly and safely. She can adapt the Pilates training to accommodate for any injuries which reflects her physiotherapist background and expertise.

By attending Sylwia's classes I have been able to build on my core strength and feel confident to undertake more challenging exercises. I would highly recommend taking one to one classes with Sylwia as with her guidance and support you will be able to achieve your Pilates goals.

A few years ago I had a brush with sciatica and as soon as it was possible I joined this Pilates class to strengthen my core and improve my flexibility. The instructor, Sylwia, is very knowledgeable and friendly. She takes time to ask about her students form at each session and tailors the exercises accordingly. I feel more flexible and more aware of my body positions/posture in everyday situations.

Pilates is really important to me not only to maintain some flexibility but also to aid recovery from a cycling accident. Having moved to London about a year ago I settled on Sylwia for weekly 1:1 sessions not only because of her qualifications as a Pilates teacher but also because of her Physio background. What a great choice I made. Sylwia has pushed me but never too far and has been alive to my limitations. Our sessions are good fun and I always feel mentally and physically invigorated afterwards. I can’t recommend Sylwia highly enough.

Sylwia is an outstanding, resourceful, instructor with a combined professional background in Pilates and physiotherapy. She's consistent, knowledgeable, and encouraging. Sylwia has a wonderfully adaptive approach, dealing capably with individuals' particular needs, putting people at ease, getting us all making progress. No two classes with Sylwia are the same, time's well used, there's always a solution, and - from years of working with her - I'd highly recommend Sylwia.

I love Sylwia's pilates class. I started pilates in lockdown and continued to attend her classes when they started in person. Sylwia is a fantastic teacher and gives each student individual feedback and advice. I can't recommend Sylwia and her classes enough!

Sylwia's pilates classes are excellent! She is very focused and gives useful feedback to participants when necessary. I have felt a huge benefit from attending her classes!

I recently fell off a ladder in an industrial accident and caused obvious damage to my ligaments in my left knee and ankle which left me in a great deal of physical stress. I went to see Sylwia who was thoroughly professional in the diagnosis of my condition which was causing me an enormous amount of pain. Through her courses of physiotherapy with an integral massage element the leg in question is now well on the road to recovery and I have been able to walk properly over the last three weeks. Sylwia’s treatment is very thorough and she is obviously a highly accomplished physiotherapist. I would recommend her to anybody who has any musculoskeletal issue.

I have regular Pilate sessions with Forys Physio. My trainer Sylwia is first class. She is very experienced and builds up each session, tailor made to the needs of the clients. She has given me individual knee, hip and thigh strengthening exercises. My mobility, strength and flexibility have improved. Her sessions are energetic and challenging and really enjoyable. I can recommend both her 1:1 and small group session either in class or on zoom.
