I've been attending Kate's Pilates classes since 2019. She is an excellent and enthusiastic teacher, and makes sure people of all abilities are able to benefit from her sessions. She has a great sense of humour, and brings energy and dynamism to Pilates. Highly recommend.

Kate is a brilliant teacher. Her classes are always well structured, with different options for every exercise so that everyone works at their own level. Kate’s are the best classes I’ve come across.

I joined Kate’s class with some trepidation having never done Pilates before. I should never have worried. She encourages us all, regardless of ability and offers different levels of “difficulty” for each exercise. Also, she makes us laugh at ourselves too!,

Kate is an excellent Pilates teacher. She breaks it down and explains each exercise to you, giving different levels for different abilities and adapting for injuries etc. You always get a good work out and my flexibility has improved enormously since I've been going to Kate's classes. She makes it fun too!

I’ve been going to Kate’s classes for several years , my daughter introduced me ,she told me how helpful and friendly Kate was, mixed classes in many ways, age, abilities and gender.Her instructions are clear ,from the beginning she will give several levels of the exercise but if you’re having a bad day with your back/ hip, whatever, no problems or pressure Kate will find you a more simple option and in between all that she will be chatting and laughing, sometimes it feels more like a friendly club because the people who go there are also friendly and supportive.
I was encouraged to find a Pilates class by my physio, he had given me exercises to do because of problems with my knee , I couldn’t walk up/ down stairs properly. I was like a toddler leading with my left leg ,my doctor said it was old age and not much could be done, except exercising the muscles around my knee.I couldn’t get on my knees without a struggle, or do some some of the housework (no worries there ,not cleaning low cupboards, even oven !) Now I can do it all ,fly up and down stairs, have no excuses about housework now🙄.
It didn’t happen overnight but gradually my muscles have got stronger over the years thanks to Kate .

My spouse and I have been in Kate 's class for many years. She is a brilliant teacher who explains very clearly and is encouraging and inclusive. Even on the chilliest winter's morning the hall is warm and her cheerful positivity gets everyone going and working hard ! We always leave the class feeling energetic and motivated. We are a sociable and friendly class.

I love Kate’s classes. She does three levels of every exercise, and caters for all people and ages. She makes everyone feel included and able to achieve fitness. She is kind and funny and makes you want to work harder 👏👏

Kate is a highly experienced Pilates instructor and a genuinely lovely person with great interpersonal skills. Her classes are mixed ability and ages, and I have hugely benefitted from regular attendance over the past two years.
