When I started Emma’s classes I was anxious as I had never been to a Pilates class before. Emma made me feel really welcome and relaxed, she broke everything down and helped me to perfect each exercise to avoid injury. My posture has improved over the course and I’m really happy with the results I’ve felt so far. Highly recommend Emma.

I've taken part in many classes with Emma over the years and she always knows how make me feel at ease and like she is really taking on board my specific needs in the class and her wealth of knowledge always amazes me. Definitely reccomend to anyone who is looking for a more personal pilates class.
