Studio One is a professional & friendly Pilates & Yoga Studio in Tunbridge Wells. I worked with Steph last year with Gyrotonics to get over major abdominal Surgery & felt a great improvement in core strength & postural alignment. I am very much looking forward to starting 2019 with the Matwork & Reformer classes also with Helen & the rest of the team. Thank you Studio One for all your hard work.
