Monica is amazing, she really pushes me so I'm making real progress and feeling stronger every time. She's helped me recover from an elbow fracture and her professional physio background is an added advantage. She comes to me with all equipment so I can fit pilates training in between work and children and all sessions are carefully planned and tailored to my individual needs. I start the sessions feeling so tired and frazzled but always finish feeling calm and restored. Can't recommend her enough.

Monica is amazing! I have been doing pilates with her for several years now and she always provides excellent, bespoke sessions that meet all of my specific needs. I really have felt the benefits - feeling much stronger and more toned and having improved posture.
Monica is extremely flexible and has a great ability to make you feel at ease. Would highly recommend!

Monica is a brilliant teacher. I have been doing online classes with her during lockdown - decided to try Pilates for posture and strength and have definitely seen a difference.
She's great at understanding your ability level and tailoring the exercises to really challenge you without overwhelming you!
Lots of customised feedback and simple suggestions to improve technique. Always a relaxed, friendly atmosphere too.
Monica was able to teach and communicate perfectly over Zoom - the idea of not having to leave the house to do a class really appeals and gives me much needed flexibility.
Highly recommended.

Monica is an excellent teacher. As a total beginner, I really had no idea what I was doing. She has taught me how to use my body properly; which in turn has benefitted every other physical activity I do - from hockey to running, to HIIT sessions and looking after my kiddos! Would recommend with 100% confidence.

Monica’s Postnatal Pilates sessions have been so valuable to my recovery after giving birth to my first baby. I knew that my body would need time and encouragement to recover strength, but was surprised how weak I felt and in particular how much being a new mum had affected my posture. I was struggling to focus on my own so chose to start one to one pilates over Zoom.
Monica has an excellent knowledge and understanding of postnatal recovery and of being a mum. Each session has been individualised, to my goals and my level of ability. She includes ideas of how to incorporate pilates into my day and has been very adaptable on the sessions should my daughter be awake and need to join in too!
I have enjoyed the variety that Monicas sessions bring and she always has an explanation of the why, and what I should be feeling.
What I have noticed so far...I’m feeling stronger in my day to day activities E.g it’s getting easier to get off the floor with my daughter, and better posture awareness, with less upper back aches and on top of this I’ve really enjoying a bit of time for me!

I signed up for prenatal 1-2-1 pilates sessions with Monica in preparation for having my baby and also just for general fitness during pregnancy. Monica is absolutely wonderful! The sessions were fantastic and helped me so much to loosen pregnancy related stiffness as well as practicing pelvic floor exercises. I learnt so many techniques and stretches that will help both pre, during and post labour. I can't wait to go back for my post-partum sessions!! I could not recommend Monica enough - she is a truly wonderful pilates instructor!!

As a Pilates newbie and an inflexible, desk-bound middle-aged bloke with a seemingly endless stream of injury niggles Monica has been fun to work with and incredibly patient and knowledgeable on how to get me to stretch, bend, twist and strain in ways that I never thought my body could and that have managed to assist with or avoid the niggles. I definitely hope to continue with the Pilates and the recorded sessions undoubtedly help - with any luck my wife won’t be able to make the odd session with Monica in the future and I can step in! Highly recommended.

Monica is fab! Because she is a trained physio as well as a Pilates instructor she can help with any tricky areas you may have by designing a routine that can help those specific areas as well as overall core strength. She is also a lovely person and great to spend an hour with. Highly recommended.
