Really good class for anyone new to Pilates or with any back/joint issues. The classes are kept small in numbers so Zoe can give attention to everyone. It has really helped me as I suffer from chronic back pain. Zoe is a lovely instructor who makes it a really enjoyable hour and you walk away with your body saying thank you.

Zoe is brilliant at identifying how Pilates will benefit your flexibility, posture and core strength.
Exercises are centred on your ability and tailored to your own needs to improve pain.
If you cannot make your booked class, you can move to one in the same week. Zoe also did online classes in lock down which was extremely helpful to keep up to date with our exercises, and that option is still available if needed. Thank you Zoe.

I have been attending Zoe's classes for a number of years and would highly recommend them. Zoe gives individual attention to each person in the class, providing alternative exercises as required. From beginners to advanced classes everyone will feel the benefit of improved balance, flexibility and core strength.

I have been attending Zoe’s Classes for over 5 years and wished I had known about her expertise much earlier.
I have Osteoporosis and cannot do all the positions for Pilates. Zoe keeps a watchful eye on me and sorts out an alternative position of Pilates which is safer for my condition.
The groups sessions are all friendly and relaxed. I’ve met lots of lovely people and i always look forward to my session!
I fully recommend Zoe’s classes!

My daughter bought me a group of classes in 2018 for my birthday. I have attended ever since!
I feel I have taken more notice of my body since I started as Zoe explains what the exercises are for and how they benefit us in our everyday life.
Zoe has small classes, a maximum of twelve so you feel you have individual attention. Sometimes a nod of her head gives you the confidence to push yourself a little further other times Zoe will give you a slightly different exercise if it suites you better.
I know my balance, tone and mobility have improved immensely and you come away from the class feeling relaxed.
You feel you work hard during the session but always feel relaxed and stretched at the end.
I don't know how Zoe does it!

I've been going to Zoe's classes for several years now after feeling that I was starting to seize up! I felt the benefit right from the start and always leave the class feeling a few inches taller. Zoe is skilled at dealing with the individual issues that class members have and stretches us all as far as our abilities (and bodies) will allow. Thoroughly recommended.

I have been attending Zoe's classes for 6 months and have been amazed at the difference such seemingly gentle exercises have made to my core strength and flexibility. The impact on my golf has been fantastic, I am consistently hitting the ball further than I have for years. The classes are also great fun; Zoe varies her exercises weekly and manages to tailor these to suit everyone in the room. Big smiles all round!

Having attended classes for a number of years, following back surgery, can recommend the benefits Pilates offer. Zoe is an excellent teacher and always looks to support you - even if like me you need that extra help to understand a particular move. Every lesson is different and well planned to achieve maximum benefit. I can’t recommend Zoe enough and it doesn’t matter what age you are the benefits are there for everybody!
