Gaile's classes are superb and very varied. Her commitment to share her knowledge with all her classes is so strong which is very inspiring. Gaile knows all her students and their strengths and weaknesses and encourages us to greater levels. The best pilates class I have ever done, always a delightful challenge to achieve more. I thoroughly recommend them and thank you Gaile for helping me so much.

Gaile is such a good teacher, she makes you feel at ease, confident in movement, supports you if you already have weakness in your body.
Gaile really knows her subject and more, each class is different and targets different areas of the body.
I am so impressed and have never felt so flexible and pain free since I started this class.

Gaile really knows her stuff and works your body from top to bottom! Every class varies and throughout whilst explaining what to do, Gaile also explains why you are doing it and how it benefits you.
I can tell the difference when I miss a class (as in the aches and pains increase) which shows it definitely works!

I started doing Pilates with Ultimate Pilates in 2003 because of a prolapsed bladder and bowel after childbirth (a result of being given oxytocin to bring on labour). I attribute being able to have a 4th child 3 years later to doing Pilates. Gaile is the best Pilates instructor that I have ever had, she corrects incorrect movements and really gets involved with her classes, not just sitting on her mat giving directions! Gaile is very passionate about Pilates and this shows in her teaching. Gaile is also very friendly and understanding, I would have no hesitation in recommending her 🌟 🤎

Gaile is excellent at adapting her classes to the individuals in the group. For example I have carpal tunnel in both wrists, but Gaile provides me with alternatives to the standard exercise when needed, without me having to ask. My lower back pain is significantly improved with the weekly class. Highly recommend 🙂

Gaile tailors her classes to individual needs and really gets to know her clients and their bodies. Each class is well paced and covers different parts of the skeleton, muscles and fascia. You finish knowing you have done a lot of physical work and received a benefit to your body in a safe, non threatening, friendly environment. I would recommend Ultimate Pilates wholeheartedly!

I joined Gaile’s online classes two months ago. I have been practicing pilates in a studio for a number of years and was unsure if online classes would work for me as I have previously struggled with technique when trying to use some of the app based training programs available. I have found Gaile’s classes to be brilliant, her audio cues are so good I can close my eyes and concentrate on making sure I am feeling what she describes and am therefore doing it right. She has a great tech setup so can see what I am doing on her screen and can make recommendations and adjustments where needed. There are plenty of class times to choose from and for when life takes over you can get access as a member to recorded classes to do on your own. I also really recommend the melt classes, it’s amazing how different the body feels afterwards and it compliments pilates and other workouts well. Very highly recommended!
