I've been doing Pilates with Leila & the Bodywise team for many years. All the teachers are highly trained, knowledgable & client focused. The light and airy studios are a joy to be in & 'Covid safe'. Highly recommended.

I have been coming to Bodywise Pilates for several years now. It is always a warm and welcoming place. I don't think I would be walking now without my weekly training with Dave, an excellent and witty tutor. If you unavoidably have to miss a class, once a month you can have a 'catch up'. All the other tutors are inspirational too!
I highly recommend this well taught 'movement for life' at Bodywise.

I am so pleased to have found bodyise pilates! Great teachers and the classes are varied and challenging but fully respecting of different abilities and injuries. Without fail my class always leaves me feeling stronger and more centered. Highly recommended.

Bodywise Pilates is a warm and welcoming Centre and very reassuring that all the teachers are trained to a high standard.
I attend a very enjoyable weekly group class with Karen. She has a good understanding of my disabilities and has skilfully modified my exercises where necessary. As I am not able to get fit by doing many forms of exercise such as walking, running or cycling, I am very grateful that the Pilates method helps my body to move safely. It also gives me great body awareness in daily living activities and I find I am continuing to gain more confidence and strength in my body though regular practice. A top class centre.
