Jen Benson Pilates

Jen's classes are amazing and have really worked wonders on my posture and core strength since I started attending.
Jen is a fantastic teacher and role model, nothing is too much trouble for her. From my experience I have seen how she really gets to know all of her clients and creates tailored training plans for those with issues or special needs.her service is second to none! This is the Pilates class you all should be attending - forget the gym!
