Emma Martin Pilates

Emma’s classes are amazing. She has really helped me with improving my core strength and hyper mobility with carefully tailored exercises which have been making a real difference. She is always up today’s with the latest developments, keeps the classes varied and interesting, and is also a massive laugh. Classes are a highlight of the week!

Pilates with Emma is the highlight of my week. I always leave her sessions feeling stretched and relaxed and ready to face the week, and really missed going to the studio during lockdown. Emma has been absolutely brilliant at getting people back into the studio safely, and ensuring she follows all the guidelines and I for one have been absolutely delighted to be able to go back! Best Pilates instructor I ever came across!!! She tailors each session in order to accommodate individual pains or injuries. The way she corrects and repositions you is extremely effective. I have seen a huge improvement on my posture and core stability. She is just brilliant!!!
