I can't recommend Lisa enough. I was a despondent, seriously overweight and unfit person with lots of aches and pains when I met Lisa and she has helped me restore my fitness levels so that now I feel positive and energetic again. I never previously enjoyed exercise but I now look forward to the weekly group personal training sessions with Lisa. She is exceptionally well educated in the structure and function of every bit of the body and tailors her programmes to every individuals needs. What's more she is a pleasure to be around with a great sense of humour and humanity but with just enough toughness to motivate. I'm so lucky that I discovered her.

I totally agree with all the previous comments, I can not recommend Lisa highly enough. I have been going to Lisa's classes for several years and she has managed to help me though some challenging back problems and now I am even running! Her sports massages are also fantastic, she seems to be able to find every single knot. Her knowledge of nutritional therapy is quite amazing and she has helped my daughter tremendously who has been suffering for years with a chronic stomach issue. Lisa's holistic approach to fitness and well-being is all you will need.

Lisa's exercise classes are always professional, challenging and fun. She plans each session with care, and uses her wealth of training and expertise to make sure we get the most from each class. I feel fitter and healthier, with the added bonus of making some great new friends!

After a total lack of exercise occasioned by a hip replacement followed by a fractured femur, I arrived at Lisa's on 2 sticks. She quickly ascertained that part of my recovery necessitated treatment at a specialist clinic to which she referred me and monitored my progress. I was very impressed by the fact that she visited the clinic to observe my treatment. Once finished there I started learning to walk normally with Lisa's exercise regime. Now, with sticks long ago thrown away, she is restoring my balance. I spend a great deal of time out of the country, so Lisa follows each exercise session with an emailed video of me doing the latest session so that I can keep up on my travels.
Not forgetting a great ambience in a well equipped private gym.

Lisa is amazing. I cannot begin to explain how much better I feel since meeting Lisa. I finally enjoy exercising! Don't get me wrong she defiantly pushes you to the limit but in a good way. Lisa is so supportive and helpful. I look at food in a completely different way now. Anyone who is looking to feel good about themselves and have someone with you every step of the way, Lisa is the woman for you.

I have been seeing Lisa for some time now. I do 2 sessions a week, one is a group session and one a private session. I love the group session as you get to share your pain with others and Lisa is always coming up with new exercises and new courses for us to try. It never gets repetitive or boring like other sessions I have tried.
I sit at a desk for most of my working day so my posture is not what it should be. Lisa has been a marvel in not just focusing on my fitness but also improving my posture so that I do the exercises well and safely. I have found that I have much more range of movement than I have ever had.
I can’t recommend Lisa enough, she is very knowledgeable and makes you feel you can do anything, but more than that she is sensitive and understanding to any issues or concerns you have, so your training plan is totally tailored to your needs.

Lisa is an excellent personal trainer with a deep and wide knowledge of physical health and nutrition. She is also extremely inspiring and caring , providing personalised care and motivation.
She provides a holistic approach to wellbeing and recovery which I personally rely on everyday.

I have known Lisa for over two years and she has helped me enormously in her capacity as both a massage therapist and nutritional therapist. I highly recommend her. She is extremely knowledgeable, caring and conscientious and treats you as an individual. You will not find anyone better.
