For me the best reformer pilates class in Henley. I love going to Elly's classes as she makes you work hard but also makes it fun and enjoyable. I always leave feeling like I have had a great workout and with Elly's expert guidance I am in the best shape I have been in years. The studio is lovely and bright and there is plenty of free parking which is a real bonus.

The best Reformer classes in Henley! My core strength has improved massively since starting Reformer classes at Studio RG9. The studio is bright, clean and airy with lots of free parking which is such a help. I can't wait for my next class! Highly recommend 😀

Elly is one of the best instructors (in any fitness discipline) I’ve ever had, she’s enthusiastic, funny as well as knowing her stuff, she creates interesting and varied workouts that change each time. The space is great, bright and clean with a large mirror to check your form.

Just love Ellie’s classes. Having had a back problem for many years Simply Reformer Stretch classes have strengthened my core thereby helping to protect my weak lower back. The Jump board Cardio classes are a tough workout but lots of fun !

Elly is a great teacher, pushing you to reach your potential but always ensuring existing medical conditions aren’t compromised. I highly recommend her studio, which is light, cheerful and with plenty of parking!

I was a 60 year old man who thought pilates was for girls and I could hold it together by muscling up at the gym and jogging. But of course I was getting nowhere and not supporting the real muscle groups that men drifting into middle age need to concentrate on for the long term. Thinking I was just supporting my wife, I came along to a reformer session with Rachel. Only 4 'machines' so intimate. And structured exercises so no wasted time and energy. As a bloke that's right up my street. After an hour of intensive efficient, productive exercise each session, I have never looked back and will be doing this forever. So, to all you blokes out there; get a posse of 4 mates together, swallow your pride and get fit with Rachel at the studio. You will have a drink afterwards certain in the knowledge that you have earned it. Rory ' The Core'
