CS Pilates & Barre

Started going to Claires classes with my daughter I think Claire is a brilliant instructor. We both really enjoy the lesson and look forward to each week.

I have enjoyed Claire's classes since I started 3 years ago. She is a great teacher who is very encouraging and supportive whilst helping you to achieve your best! Throughout the pandemic Claire has been providing great on-line classes too which has been very valuable throughout the lockdown!

Clare is an awesome instructor. She advises levels to suit each client. Her classes are enjoyable and has good position instruction. She encourages us all to achieve. I have been attending classes for many years and greatly improved.

Since lockdown stopped me attending my usual classes, I have tried a number of online alternatives. Waving one's legs around in front of Youtube or Vimeo is somewhat isolating and demotivating. Clare's interactive Zoom class wins hands down. Having a teacher who can see what you are doing and other people present makes the world of difference. Thank you Clare -- keep up the good work!
