I wanted to start Pilates in order to strengthen my back and get some flexibility but was unsure as starting a class as a complete beginner. Rohanna offers one to one sessions on the reformer which is amazing. She takes the time to assess your needs and what you want to achieve whilst giving friendly encouragement to push yourself. On starting the classes 3 years ago, it was a great positive experience which everyone is welcome. The mental benefits to Pilates and having Rohanna as a teacher are an added bonus. Would highly recommended and still enjoy going and learning.

Since attending Rohanna's Pilates classes, I have become much more supple. I used to regularly suffer from muscle pain in my back, which could be quite debilitating but I have been pain free since taking up Pilates. Rohanna is very patient and attentive. She makes classes fun with her great sense of humour but she also gives clear and helpful feedback to make sure that her attendees avoid injury. I really like the way Rohanna encourages us but offers a range of options so that there is no pressure to attempt moves that may be beyond your personal ability. I also enjoy the zoom classes enormously. I look forward to each lesson and know that I have made a great deal of progress but still have a lot to learn. I would never give it up!

I was thrilled when I found a Pilates class locally at The Riverside Arts Centre and a wonderful Pilates teacher. Rohanna is so friendly and welcoming, she's enthusiastic, knowledgeable and very encouraging. Rohanna has a remarkable ability to assess your needs and helps you to achieve your potential. I have been attending her classes for several years now and really enjoy them - her explanations are clear and easy to follow with demonstrations and options for different levels of ability. My posture, flexibility and core are definitely stronger !
I have also attended the Zoom and You tube video sessions, both are great. I would highly recommend Rohanna.

I have been going to Rohannas classes for a year and a half now, initially to class and the last few months zoom classes and YouTube videos. I joined to strengthen my back and core after a back injury, I can certainly say this has definitely happened and it’s been great to aid flexibility and relaxation. Rohanna is an amazing teacher and has a great ability to explain movements and the impact on the body, both correcting your position in person and on zoom. I would really recommend Rohanna’s Pilates classes, I was surprised myself when I began and now I look forward to them.

Rohanna is an excellent Pilates teacher - very clear, encouraging and focussed. I have been doing the online classes and really feel like she is able to teach the class whilst also assessing everyone and helping them to achieve the moves correctly. Most importantly I have noticed a change in my strength and Pilates ability so it must be good! I will be continuing these classes and hope to book some reformer classes with Rohanna soon.

Rohanna is the best Pilates teacher I have found. The classes are interesting and varied using different accessories such as elastic bands, weighted balls, blocks and rings. After years of trying various classes and finding them to be very repetitive which can be demotivating, this is the only one that I have consistently attended for years.

In addition, Rohanna also offers 121 classes in a studio where you use a reformer machine which is a very good work out. These are an excellent option to attend alongside the group classes ad hoc or regularly.

I have been doing Pilates with Rohanna for two years now and really enjoy the classes. Rohanna is warm and welcoming and is so encouraging. I have also been doing the zoom classes which has been hugely beneficial in the last few months.
I would highly recommend giving Rohanna's classes a try.

I started with Rohanna's pilates classes 2 years ago as one of my aims to regain fitness after cancer. The classes are just at the right level and I can really feel a difference in my flexibility and, coupled with other exercises I do, I'm as fit as I ever was.
Rohanna is a friendly and very professional teacher and if anyone wants to try pilates she is the person I would recommend.
