I've been going to Kat's classes for just over a year and would highly recommend them. Kat tailors the exercises to each person's needs, providing appropriate levels of activity depending on the flexibility and needs of the individuals in the class. I believe that in the time I have been attending Kat's classes my balance and my posture have improved. I really look forward to the classes each week.
