Caroline is great! I started attending her classes suffering from lower back pain and she helped me fix it. I have taken other pilates classes in London but I can honestly this one is one of the best. She really takes care of her students and watches their movements carefully to make sure that people do things right. The environment is also very nice - doing pilates in a library is genius! Highly recommended.
