Beautiful studios for mat and equipment Pilates. Have been attending for over 5 years and the place is always evolving! I've recently started Barre and yoga here...can't keep away! The teaching is second to none, a team of incredible teachers. Thank you EQ!

You wouldn't find better Pilates teachers anywhere than this team at EQ. Have been going since 2004 and these ladies have managed to keep me going when consultants were wondering how I could still walk unaided. They liaise with my physio to ensure that all the exercises I do fit with my needs and capabilities. Would highly recommend EQ studios to anyone.

The team at Equilibrium Pilates room are the best in the business and have completely mastered the balance between professionalism and friendliness. They have sorted out all of my aches and pains and made me feel so much better in myself. The new studio is fantastic with everything you require and more and this is a business that aims for perfection and consistently achieves it.

Couldn’t love my reformer Pilates sessions more if I tried. What a fantastic studio with the loveliest instructions.. Ali and Sharon have been amazing from Day 1 and Sam just so lovely and accommodating. It feels like home…. Thank you for inspiring my new found love of Pilates x
