Pizza Place

Absolutely disgusted! Rung up 4 times now to ask where 2 drinks were to be told by the Boss "always having problems" with our address...well yes, fatty, scrunched up Pizza, UNEATABLE, then another with no meat, then other orders with stuff missing...he asked me what I wanted, so I said my childrens' 2 cans of coke, which should have come with the food at 5.45 not 7.10 as it is now. I had already been told that the driver was on his way back, then the BOSS asks me what I want, so I said OK, my money back and then he replies so we NOT deliver to that address anymore and hangs up...gotta love good customer service!!!

Went last night, ordered 3 large kebabs and was told it would be 20 minutes so we paid and went and sat in the car to wait.

Went back after 20 minutes and ended up waiting another half hour and then they tried to charge us again so that was an argument.

Then we saw the kebabs - if they were large, I'd hate to see small!

Quality of food and service was rubbish. Won't go again.

What an incredibly rude shop full of staff!!!! Rang to order a takeaway for delivery, person that answered passed the phone to presumably her boss!!! Tried to place order after saying where we needed delivery for and he said to hang on as another caller was placing an order before saying they were too busy and if I wanted a takeaway I'd have to collect it....then hung up!!! To be honest the food is pretty standard so will I or any of my friends be returning......NOT a chance!!!!!

Food is ok but one of the guys working there is very rude. I have spoken to him on 2 occasions and was rude both times.

Stopped off as we were passing thought. Food was bang on, friendly staff would certainly visit again if we are local

They make good kebab and a mean pizza

It's 16.00 hrs on a Sunday. They're open, we're hungry after a track day at Cadwell Park. Quick decision to be made, 3 x large mixed kebabs it is then!
We were told it would be 45 minutes delivery (fine, no issues) but within 20 minutes, they were knocking on the door. Reeeeesult, it saved me chewing at my own leg. 😁
Delivery guy was polite and courteous.
We received 3 x mixed special kebabs (more expensive and come with chips, salad, sauce and pitta) instead but as I could have eaten a horse, jockey, stable hand and nose bag, that was fine. So, watch for an extra cost if you do order directly by phone. They only accept cash on the doorstep, by the way. Pay by card when you order, just in case you've no cash.
Food was piping hot, freshly prepared and extremely tasty.
All three of us (aged from 57 to 78 and sober) were astounded at the value for money in the current financial/economic climate.
We'll try these guys again but next time in a more stressful situation, maybe Saturday night at 10.00pm! Hopefully they'll cope just as well.
There's a few negative reviews on here and we were sceptical as a result but as stated, we were very happy. I'm a pedantic fella that suffers with OCD (letters in the wrong order) and I was at piece after my meal so, hopefully you'll buy with confidence and have a similar, positive experience. 👍👍
